I have spent the last 9 plus years working in the mental health field in various capacities. At Walton Services we understand that mental health knows no bounds and can happen to anyone. MY commitment is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their mental health journey without judgment.

As a Louisiana-based Black-owned business, I have a mission to support the mental health of our diverse community. Licensed to see clients in Louisiana, Texas, New Hampshire, and New Jersey. As an African American female counselor, I understand the unique experiences faced by Black women and want to make a difference.

My goal is to foster resilience, healing, and growth within our diverse community, ensuring that mental health care is a reachable and integral part of everyone's life. We also offer faith-based counseling upon request and, as a Licensed Minister, support client’s spiritual health and journey.

Individual Therapy

Therapy Intensives

8-week program

Community Support

Individual sessions allow you to work one on one with a therapist and work through specific personal issues, traumas, and challenges.

Accelerated therapy sessions that allow significant progress in shorter amount of time.

8-week therapy sessions designed with a biblical foundation for licensed ministers and/or their family.

We partner with other community organizations to help fill the gap on mental health issues facing communities and churches.

Supervision

To support the efforts of training up the next generation of mental health providers, we currently offer supervision for provisionally licensed counselors in Louisiana.

Retreats

Workshops

Our holistic mental health retreats help to provide a day of reflection, recharge, and restoration.

Our mental health workshops helps to provide resources to the local churches to help improve understanding of mental health related issues.

What does this mean for you?

Mental wellness is a fundamental right, yet only about 11% of mental health counselors in the U.S. are Black, highlighting a significant gap in representation.

We strive to bridge this gap by providing personalized, evidence-based counseling services, workshops and retreats that honor the unique experiences and needs of each person, especially within underrepresented communities and Christian communities.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your mental health needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).

  • Pricing is based on your individual needs. Individual therapy ranges from $150-$65. Some therapists will accept insurances and we have limited sliding scale spaces.

    Intensives and 8-week program are packaged priced and are not billable to insurance.
